Do you drink too much every day, or even every other day? Now is the time to take action so to find out if you might be an Alcoholic, and remember most Alcoholic will never admit they are! Then just answer the following simple questions: -
.) If you have not had a drink in the day, do you start to get edgy until you have had one?
ALCOHOLIC
.) When you are at work are you looking at the clock thinking it is only two hours until I leave and can get a drink?
.) Are you the first one to at work or home to suggest going out for a drink?
.) Do you drink the morning after a heavy drinking session to get rid of the shakes?
.) Do you feel the constant need to 'Top up' with Alcohol?
.) When driving do you think 'One more drink will not hurt', but subconsciously knowing that it will take you over the drink drive limit
.) Do you hide your drinking habits e.g. do you stop for a drink on the way home and not tell your spouse, or tell them you have only had one drink, when in reality you have had four or five.
.) When buying wine do you check the label just to buy the one with the highest percentage of Alcohol (Note: This is commonly what people in the early stages of Alcohol do).
.) Do you always drink right up to the drink drive limit?
.) Do you drink thinking it will help your depression (Note: This is a myth, for sure the Alcohol initial makes you feel happy, but as time progresses during a drinking session Alcohol will make you feel even more depressed)
.) Do you ever get up early in the morning craving the need for a drink?
.) Do you drink before going to work, or even have a secret supply of Alcohol at work or in your vehicle?
